Amy and her team made the most fantastic food for my wedding this past July. The entire process of making the menu together was wonderful, Amy had a knack for knowing what we wanted when we weren’t sure ourselves, her suggestions made the day feel personal and just how we wanted.
The service during dinner was superb; respectful and warm, just what we had wanted for our day.
The food was absolutely incredible, our favorites were the truffle parmesan fries, vegetarian ravioli in cream sauce, the summery salad with a strawberry vinaigrette, and my personal favorite: the NY strip steak with pepper sauce!
We're already trying to find a new excuse to hire Amy again. Thank you for making an already special day, even more memorable!

Amy truly made our wedding so memorable, not just for us but also for all of our guests. From the DELICIOUS food at our cocktail hour, to the wonderfully comforting reception meals, and our beautiful cake and dessert, she was truly not only a professional in every sense of the word, but also a kind and thoughtful person.

Had an outdoor wedding recently in Gardiner, NY and every step of the process Amy was fantastic! From the personal tasting session that made us fall in love with the menu, to making sure rentals were ordered and received properly, Amy was on top of it all! I didn’t worry about the food at all throughout the wedding planning/day. Food was delicious! Staff were all very nice and polite. Highly recommend her! Hopefully in the future I find another reason to utilize her services :)

Even so, my expectations were exceeded. Amy’s service was top notch, the dinner was incredible, and her pricing was very reasonable. Plus, the unexpected touches Amy brought to the table [including locally sourced ingredients and beautiful flowers and vases, to name a few] were such a treat. Amy and her team catered my 120 person wedding on 8/8/2025 and it was incredible. The hors d’oeuvres were such a hit and all of the guests loved them so much they were full by the time they came to sit down! We had a mediterranean platter with humus and baba ganoush that everyone loved. We did a family style dinner which was perfect to get tables to interact and share food with each other. The food was incredible. Braised short ribs and a vegetarian lasagna that were rich, but light enough for the summer event. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions and the staff was very attentive to refilling water. I would recommend Amy and her team to anyone looking for great food, great service, and experiencing local Hudson Valley produce. We can’t thank you enough!
